About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property cleanups

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue commercial leads across Durham Region

This role is for a skilled professional who understands proper base preparation, grading, compaction, and installation techniques for patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape structures.

You’ll work on premium residential projects and help bring high‑quality outdoor spaces to life with precision and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Install interlock patios, walkways, driveways, and garden borders
  • Build retaining walls, steps, and small structural features
  • Perform excavation, grading, and base preparation to industry standards
  • Operate compactors, saws, skid steers, and other landscape equipment
  • Cut and fit stone with accuracy and clean workmanship
  • Install polymeric sand, edging, and final finishes
  • Read and follow site plans, measurements, and elevations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Assist with softscape installation when required

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of professional hardscape installation experience
  • Strong understanding of base prep, compaction, drainage, and grading
